When are the modules available?

The first module is available before you even purchase the program so that you can learn more about what you'll be receiving. Each of the first 3 sessions has a pertaining module which will become available each month after purchase.

How long do I have access to this course?

You will have access to the course for 6 months.

I am still on birth control, can I still take this course?

If you're still on hormonal birth control, you're welcome to take the course to prepare for getting off of it. However, you won't be able to chart until you have stopped the birth control as hormonal birth control works to suppress ovulation.

Which app can I chart with?

The app I teach with is Read Your Body, the only app that allows effective charting of this method. The cost of the app is $1.99 USD per month or $14.99 USD per year. The cost is not included in the class, but fortunately, it's one of the most affordable fertility apps available. I do also offer a PDF or Microsoft Word chart option which can be used digitally or for handwriting your chart if preferred.

What method does this class teach?

NFPTA. This is a double-check symptothermal method of fertility awareness as taught by the Natural Family Planning Teachers' Association. It requires basal body temperature and cervical mucus charting. It also allows cervix charting for an additional optional sign.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes, payment plans are an option when you purchase the class. If at any point you cancel the payment plan before it is fully paid, you will lose access to the course. Contact becky@cedarcreekholistic.com with any issues.
